Personal Shopper
Most of Korea based online store or seller don’t accept payment from a non- korean payment method or credit card. To solve this issue, we provide you an option to purchase items on your behalf. We purchase your desired goods from the sellers and ask them to send your order to our warehouse’s address. Because we know that some products or special benefits can only be acquired from physical boutique or pop up stores in Seoul, we can also take your order and visit offline stores on your behalf as long as you make a request in advance to make sure we have an agent available to get there for you. We can also do money wires for you if you purchased something on SNS as long as you are sure that it is a trusted seller.
Korean Address
If you don’t want us to purchase items on your behalf or deal with your sellers, you can still use our warehouse service by just sending your purchased item to your korean address that you get right after signing up. You can shop like a local at thousands of online stores in Korea or receive membership subscriptions easily. What you have to do is simply give the shipping informations to your seller to get items delivered to our warehouse. As soon as we receive your parcel purchased with us or on your own, we will check the weight, dimensions and inspect the parcel. Then we will notify you that your parcel has arrived from your order section. We can save your items for up to 45 days, over this period you will have to pay a fee of 0,25$ per extra days.
Package Consolidation
Once your item reaches our warehouse, you can get it shippped straight away OR store multiple packages at our warehouse for a consolidated dispatch to ship them all together and save up on shipping fees. We can as well provide extra protection for heavy or fragile items. In order to ship your purchased items internationally to more than 200 countries over the world at the cheapest rates, we partnered with the best courier services like FedEx, EMS, Kpacket or DHL. It usually takes about 2 to 7 working days for delivery for door-to-door shipping, which means that our courier partner that you choose will deliver your parcel straight to your doorstep.
